Well, I came to the United States from Mexico four years ago. (It is now 2009.) My mom and I came because we wanted a better future for us two, since we are alone.

The most difficult time was trying to learn English and to fit in to this new society. I am really thankful for being here and getting the opportunity that they are giving to us immigrants in this country.
